Every CNC-machined component is aircraft aluminum or stainless steel, blueprinted so you can take 100 antennas apart, mix the parts, and reassemble — they all work the same.
Fiberglass coil form wound with 14-gauge wire; decoupler machined for tight tolerances with fingerstock rated for 5 turns of coil contact and 25+ lbs of combined contact pressure.
